Ashley Glenn is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). With a deep heart for ministry and serving others, Ashley uses her own story of overcoming PTSD and codependency to inspire and guide those who are rebuilding their lives after trauma or difficult circumstances beyond their control.
Her coaching focuses on helping individuals take intentional steps toward healing, wholeness, and a healthier version of themselves. Ashley believes that through faith, self-awareness, and support, anyone can rise from hardship and rediscover their God-given purpose.
Beyond coaching, Ashley is actively involved in music ministry at her local church and enjoys singing and speaking at various churches and community events. She resides in Columbus, Indiana, with her two dogs, Rosie and Piper, and her cat, Ammo. Ashley is engaged to her fiancé, Joe, and looks forward to building a Christ-centered life together.
When she’s not coaching or serving in ministry, Ashley enjoys acrylic painting, cooking, nature walks, and traveling. Her favorite Bible verse, James 1:2–4, reminds her that:
“Count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work.”
Ashley believes that trials are not failures but opportunities to grow closer to God, who walks with us through every season. Her passion is helping others experience the goodness and faithfulness of God in a way that transforms their relationship with Him—one that is deeper, more personal, and unlike any human relationship we could ever have.
Our logo—a classic fedora hat—is more than just a stylish symbol. The fedora has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s, when it became a sign of confidence, character, and purpose. Over the years, it’s been worn by innovators, leaders, and everyday people navigating life with resilience and grace.
For me, the fedora represents the many hats we wear in life. As a life coach, I’ve learned that every client’s journey is unique. People come seeking guidance in different areas—career, relationships, purpose, or personal growth—and they get to choose the hat they want to work on. My role is to come alongside them, offering encouragement, strategy, and faith-based support as they take steps toward transformation.
The hat also symbolizes balance and versatility in my own life. Running my own business, managing a full-time day job, nurturing my personal life, and providing ministry through faith-based coaching all require me to shift hats throughout the day. The fedora is a reminder that with faith, focus, and flexibility, we can carry our calling with both style and strength.
